Welcome to Thrive Therapy & Wellness

Finding the right therapist matters.

Therapy isn’t one-size-fits-all — and neither are our therapists. Each member of our team brings their own personality, areas of focus, experience, and approach to therapy.

We offer in-person therapy in Owen Sound as well as virtual therapy across Ontario.

Hi! My name is Paige and I have worked in the mental health field for over 7 years. I have a Bachelors degree in sociology, specializing in criminology, and have recently completed my Master’s degree in counselling psychology. I offer Emotion-Focused Therapy tailored to your needs. My main goal is to create a safe and comfortable environment for you to learn more about yourself and patterns that show up in your life. I can’t wait to meet you! If you have any questions or want to book a consultation - feel free to email me at paige@thrivetherapywellness.ca

My goal as a therapist is pretty simple: to be real with you. I want therapy to feel like a place where you can show up exactly as you are — without needing to have the right words, say the “right” thing, or have everything figured out. I bring warmth, curiosity, honesty, and a little humour into the room because I believe the relationship we build matters just as much as the work we do. A lot of my work is with women who are carrying a lot — anxiety and overwhelm, motherhood and the invisible load, pregnancy and postpartum, relationship struggles, or those seasons of life where you’ve spent so much time taking care of everyone and everything else that you’re not entirely sure where you went in the middle of it. I also work with individuals and couples navigating communication, disconnection, life transitions, and patterns that seem to keep repeating no matter how hard you try to change them. I’m not here to tell you how to live your life or hand you a list of strategies and send you on your way. We’ll work together to understand what’s happening beneath the surface — the emotions, experiences, expectations, and patterns that keep showing up — and figure out what meaningful change looks like for you. Sometimes that means learning new tools. Sometimes it means slowing down enough to understand yourself differently. And sometimes it means finally saying out loud the thing you’ve been carrying quietly for a long time. Therapy can be hard work, but it should still feel human. You don’t have to perform here. You just have to show up.My goal as a therapist is pretty simple: to be real with you.
